It seems to be part of the course for us to get rain on the "hard" part of the ride - the hills.
We'll start to hit the hills later in the morning and they gradually increase in difficulty through-out the day.
Yesterday was a beautiful day for a ride. I was happy to get back on my bike with my new wheel. My accident teaches a valuable lesson - don't film a video while riding in a peleton. I understand the guys excitement - but really? Keep both hands on or near the handlebar. Or sprint ahead and film us coming up to you as you stand along side the road.
The Trooper is doing better - broken collarbone. Thank goodness, it could have been much worse.
The other team members are doing well. Lots of laughs at dinner.
Time for breakfast.
